Refund policy

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns on opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at liftedlivingfamily@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if products have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
